Refund policy

CSRA Fingerprinting Appointment Policy
Effective: January 14, 2025

Please read carefully before scheduling an appointment.

This policy is subject to change without notice.

1.0 Cancellations & Refunds

  • All services are Non-refundable.
  • No refunds for cancellations, late arrivals, no-shows, service request errors or incorrect information provided by the client.
  • Rescheduling due to weather may be possible within 90 days, but no refunds are issued.


2.0 Live Scan & Hard Card Scanning

  • Client is responsible for the accuracy of information submitted.
  • No refunds for rejected fingerprints or lost/damaged documents.
  • Reprint at no cost with rejection letter from requesting agency (No rejection letter will require full payment of service.)
  •  Packages must be received within 7 business days of registration.
  • Follow registration instructions carefully.


3.0 Appointments

  •  Arrive 10 minutes early.
  •  Late arrivals may be considered no-shows .
  • Bring proper identification (see Section 7.0).
  • Appointments may be canceled for lack of identification or failure to comply with instructions.


4.0 Weather

  • Rescheduling due to weather may be possible within 90 days.
  • No refunds for weather-related cancellations.


 5.0 Limitations

  • CSRA Fingerprinting is not liable for delays or service interruptions due to 3rd party vendors and/or unforeseen circumstances.
  • CSRA Fingerprinting is not liable for damaged or lost materials.
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.


6.0 COVID-19 Precautions

  • If you have COVID-19 or have been exposed to it, please reschedule your appointment.
  • If you have a doctor’s note or negative test result, you can reschedule and receive a credit towards a future appointment.
  • Without proof, you’ll need to wait 30 days to reschedule and will be charged the full fee.

    6.1 Medical Conditions
  • If you have any medical conditions that may prevent you from following our safety guidelines, please contact us before scheduling.

    6.2 Our Right to Refuse Service
  •  If you show signs of illness (cold, flu, or COVID-19) on the day of your appointment, our technicians may need may need to reschedule.
  •  The same rescheduling policies for COVID-19 apply.


7.0 Identification

  •  To comply with FBI regulations, we require current, valid, and unexpired identification from all individuals (see Section 11.0 for acceptable forms of identification)
  • Arriving without proper identification will result in an appointment cancellation without a refund.



8.0 Pets

  • Pets, including service animals, are not allowed in the service area.



9.0 Children

  • Children are not allowed in the service area.
  • Appointment may be cancelled if a child is present or disruptive.


10.0 Right to Refuse Service

  • CSRA Fingerprinting reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, non-compliant, or poses a safety risk.
  • If an individual’s behavior necessitates their removal from the premises, they will be unable to request future services.


11.0 Acceptable forms of Identification

  •  Driver’s license issued by any U.S. Federal or State government agency
  • U.S. Passport or U.S Passport Card
  • Federal Government Personal Identity Verification Card (PIV)
  • Uniformed Services/Military Identification Card
  • Department of Defense common Access Card (CAC)
  • Foreign Passport with Appropriate Immigration Document(s)
  • USCIS-Permanent Resident/Green Card (I-551)
  • USCIS-Employment Authorization Card (I-766)
  • Federal, state or local government agency ID card with photograph
  • U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Card
  • Canadian Drivers License
