I founded CSRA Fingerprinting out of sheer frustration with how broken the traditional process was. For years, if you needed professional fingerprinting in the Augusta area, the experience felt less like a standard business errand and more like you were being processed for a crime. To make matters worse, when the Richmond County Sheriff’s Department stopped offering fingerprint services to residents, local options dwindled to almost nothing.

The real breaking point, though, was seeing how incredibly difficult it was for people needing out-of-state background checks. No one in the city offered direct electronic submission to Florida (FDLE) or the FBI.

I watched local professionals, applicants, and families forced to either travel out of town at their own expense or mail in physical ink cards. The result? Long wait times, poor service, and a staggering number of fingerprints getting rejected because they were rolled by improperly trained technicians.

People were wasting time, losing money to costly delays, and dealing with a system that should have never been that complicated.

I decided to fix it. Instead of accepting a broken system, I built a better one.
